The YMCA Resource Library, open to YMCA staff and volunteers, includes YMCA training materials, guidelines, and good practices in areas such as governance, finance, communications, fundraising, advocacy and programmes. It is also possible to browse and download other useful documents such as the the World Alliance of YMCAs' constitution, strategic plan, and policies.
