YMCA/YWCA Week of Prayer 2011 : Theme : A voice to influence: Young people speaking out for rights and justice


This year’s YMCA/YWCA Week of Prayer will be held from the :
13th to 19th November 2011.

This joint week of prayer is a tradition dating from 1904.  It is a time when local YMCAs and YWCAs unite to consider their work in the context of the Bible and to find guidance and encouragement from Jesus Christ’s teachings. And it is a time to pray.


YMCA Peace Day will be celebrated on Saturday 19th November at the end of the Week of Prayer.
