World YMCA is pleased to invite all YMCA National Movements and all YMCA Local Associations worldwide to make nominations for the 2026 World YMCA Awards, which will be made on the final day of World Council in Toronto on 24 July 2026.
The deadline for receipt of nominations is Monday 16 March at 23:59 CET.
Any queries should be addressed to awards@world.ymca.int.
All nominations should be endorsed by the National General Secretary / CEO of the National Movement of that country.
World YMCA Secretary-General Carlos Sanvee said:
“The World YMCA Awards were trailed at the 2022 World Council, and the first Vision 2030 Impact Awards were made at the 2024 Accelerator Summit.
The excitement around them was huge: we received a fantastic response from YMCAs worldwide who were passionate about seeing their transformative work appreciated across the Movement and beyond. So here again is your chance and our collective chance to celebrate the wonderful work we are doing across the four Pillars of Vision 2020, across all 6 regions worldwide.
Please, make your nominations in the next four weeks, and be part of this exercise of multiplying our transformative work: we are truly having ‘impact at scale’.”
