The gathering in Prague this summer touched individuals from many parts of the YMCA world and there is no better way to gain insight into the impact of this festival than via a recent blog posted by Adi Davies from YMCA in Kosovo.
This summer Adi , along with other YMCA Kosovo representatives, travelled to Prague from Kosovo via bus. Adi’s humorous and heartfelt account illustrates the extent that some participants went to in order to make it to Prague and overall what it meant to be part of global community that met in the Czech Republic this year.
Adi’s blog post documents the journey to Prague made by the Kosovo representatives and, from a participant’s perspective, the festival events and the change agent training that took place.
