The Korea YMCA was established in 1903 and became a full member of the World Alliance of YMCAs in 1905. Some of the main programme areas include: environmental programmes, a Consumers’ Rights Movement, responding to economic crisis, reforming Citizens’ day-to-day lives, and youth programmes and efforts towards educational reform.
