Where we have paid staff roles to join the Staff Team at World YMCA, we advertise them; where we take on ‘staff placements’ for short-term assignments, we also let you know. Come and work for us and with us if you can, and consult the Global Directory to approach your national or local YMCA.

Volunteer
The vast majority of those who work for YMCA are volunteers, and many of them are young people, often in their first job. We are a very special goodwill organisation giving opportunity both to those who work for us, and those we serve.
