Savar Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) is a local YMCA of Bangladesh. Savar YMCA tries to work with the consciousness of the Y Movement. The whole world is currently suffering from the Covid-19 virus and is growing very fast day by day. No vaccine has yet been developed to prevent the spread of the virus. Bangladesh also not out of that and the present situation going to worse.
Many people’s are affected daily and also died. Many people are jobless because of this Virus and spending their life very difficult. With the outbreak of Covid-19, people’s livelihood has been disrupted.
The threatened Savar area has already been declared a red zone. Today Friday, June 26, at 9.00 is, Savar YMCA on behalf of Savar Municipality and Union Parishad and four villages in Dharenda, Savar, Dhaka.
A total of 60 affected families were provided with various types of food items as humanitarian assistance. YMCA always tries to stands beside the need of society. So as a symbol of love and requirement of the society at the present issue of COVID-19 Savar YMCA also stands beside needy people.
