YMCA Global survey on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
At the last YMCA National General Secretaries conference, World YMCA was tasked to prepare coordinate and publish a report outlining our movement’s contributions to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We have explored a variety of ways to gather the data required to produce a meaningful report which could lead to greater engagement with local, national and global partners.
We are inviting all national movements to participate to the global exercise by indicating their areas of impact and provide details of some of the programmes they or their local YMCAs are running that touch one or more of the SDGs.
Below you’ll find a list of the SDGs.
Please select each of the SDGs your YMCA is working to achieve on the local, national or international level either through programmes, services, campaigns or advocacy work.
How to take the Survey
Ideally, each National Movement should allocate this task to a dedicated staff
Data provided should be as much as possible aggregated by National movement. But programmes could be local, national or even international or multi country initiatives.
For practical reasons we have split the survey in to 17 distinct links, one for each of the goals
The deadline for completing the survey is 20 September 2019
You can take the survey in the order you are more comfortable with, but it is important that for each of the link you indicate your country.
For any questions on the report or how to participate, please contact: email@example.com.
Furthermore, webinars will be held to better educate national movements on how to participate.
