YM Fleur, a social enterprise of the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, transforms floral waste into dried products while creating flexible employment opportunities for disadvantaged women, particularly single mothers. Since 2019, it has upcycled over 50,000 flowers and trained 15 women annually for re-employment. Partnering with Rosewood Hong Kong Hotel, all proceeds from sales are reinvested to support women and promote circular economy practices, addressing both environmental protection and economic inclusion.
