Vision 2030
YMCA Vision 2030 is the global YMCA Movement’s first ever shared strategy and plan. Adopted at the 20th YMCA World Council in July 2022 after almost three years of consultation, it comprises a collective vision statement, a mission statement, and the four key ‘Pillars of Impact’ under which our work falls: Community Wellbeing, Meaningful Work, Sustainable Planet, Just World.
