World YWCA-YMCA Week of Prayer and World Fellowship 2021
The World YMCA and the World YWCA invite the ‘Y’ Movements throughout the world to observe the World YWCA-YWCA Week of Prayer and World Fellowship, in the week of 7- 13 November 2021. The theme chosen for this year’s prayer week is “Beauty from Brokenness”.
The story of our Christian faith is that why we may be like pots of clay, ordinary and easily broken, but each of us has the capacity to contain the light of Christ within us, a light that can heal brokenness and burst through, reaching out to those around us.
As we are in the process of healing and restoration from the pandemic, we continue to serve our communities with the spirit of forgiveness and inclusiveness, ensuring dignity for all and celebrating God’s unconditional love for us during this time of renewal.
