YMCA Cayman Islands

YMCA Cayman Islands was established in 2012 at an event held at the Agriculture Grounds. In 2014, the YMCA offered its first programmes, with “Family Fun Fitness” and Day Camps. The first camp consisted of about 20 children. Today, camps during school breaks host as many as 159 children a week, utilizing four venues. In 2014 it was also recognized at the 18th World Council of YMCAs as the 119th National Movement. The programmes which the YMCA Cayman Islands offers include: ‘Ready to Respond’; ‘Prevent and Protect’; Aquatics; Extended after-school programme (High School); Day Camps; Extended after-school programme (Primary); Youth and Teens.
