New staff members at the World YMCA

From January 1st, the World YMCA welcomed to its staff team 3 new programme assistants to support the advancement of the Youth Empowerment agenda.Maria Cristina Saldarriaga, from Peru. Adrian Davies, from Kosovo and Mikhail Guskov, from Russia will work on several projects such as Change Agents, Advocacy, YMCA World Challenge and new initiatives of the World YMCA. They will be based in their home countries and in this way able to improve the quality and support of World YMCA projects involving its member movements and partners.

Those YMCA leaders have a unique set of experiences. Adrian and Maria Cristina are brilliant young professionals and are graduated Change Agents programme in 2014 and have been involved with YMCA work for many years. Mikhail Guskov has also been with YMCA movement for a long time and has worked for YMCA Europe and Russia and supporting the development of YMCAs in the eastern part of Europe.
