Two positions are available with the Global Youth Mobilization (GYM) initiative – come work with us and be a part of a global team focused on empowering young people.
Designated Lead: This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective engagement and contribution of World YMCA in the GYM by providing oversight and management to the successful implementation of GYM within the World YMCA network and our worldwide YMCA National Movements.
Youth-Led Solutions Senior Coordinator: This person will manage the continued development and implementation of GYM’s flagship ‘Youth-Led Solutions’ funding programme, including the development of the platform and overall review and award process for grant recipients. Recruited by GYM Project Steering Group and contracted by World YMCA, this individual will be responsible to GYM Project Coordination Team, and the Project Steering Group).
